Rye bread with Walnuts

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1/2 kg of rye bread mix
  • 375 ml of lukewarm water
  • 10 made from walnuts

Preparation:

Pumpkin sourdough bread

 

Ingredients you will need:

  • 300 g pumpkin puree
  • 200 g whole meal spelled flour
  • 200 g rye flour
  • 160 g sourdough
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cube of germ
  • 10 g of salt
  • 1 teaspoon fennel
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 tbsp lemon balm
  • 100 g sunflower seeds (chopped)

Preparation:

  1. For the pumpkin sourdough bread, put the flour in a mixing bowl, sprinkle with cold pumpkin puree, crush the fennel and coriander seeds in a mortar and dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
  2. Knead everything well – use the “Whole Wheat Bread” and “Medium Brown” settings in the bread maker.

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 300 g of wheat flour
  • 75 g sourdough starter
  • 200 g rye flour
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 330 g buttermilk (possibly more)

Preparation:

  1. For the mixed wheat bread, add the ingredients to the baking machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Program: bread
  3. Browning: dark
  4. Watch the dough knead. If it’s too firm, add 1-2 tablespoons of buttermilk.

Classic sourdough bread

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 425 g wheat flour (type 550)
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 cup (s) sourdough starter (room temperature)
  • 240 ml water (adjust amount)

Preparation:

  1. On the day before the bread is baked, stir a pack of 75 ml sourdough with 150-180g rye flour and 150-180 ml lukewarm water in a bowl until a slightly tough, grainy-looking dough is formed.
  2. Cover and leave the dough to stand in a warm place for 24 hours.
  3. The dough is ready when it has spread into a slightly viscous mass in the bowl, small bubble holes can be seen and it smells very sour.
  4. Remove approx. 300 g of the sourdough in the bowl. Put the rest of the ingredients in the bread maker and bake according to the program description.

Ingredients you will need:

  • 7g dry yeast
  • 125ml lukewarm water
  • 25g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Barely teaspoon of salt
  • 30ml vegetable oil
  • 350g flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Light or black sesame seeds for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. Put water with sugar and yeast in the bread maker. With 10 minutes low heat let stand until the mixture begins to foam slightly. Put all the remaining ingredients in the bread maker and select the appropriate program.

Crispy White Bread

Ingredients you will need:

  • 350ml water
  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Preparation:

  1. First the water is put into the baking machine, then the other ingredients follow. Next select the appropriate program according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For me, I set “normal” in the program and “normal” in the tan.

Whole Wheat Toast

  • 250 g whole wheat flour
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 300 ml of water
  • 1 pack of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation:

  1. Fill the 300 ml of water into the mold of the bread maker. Add the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil and egg yolks. Bake on the normal program.

Buttermilk toast bread

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 300 g of wheat flour
  • 200 g rye flour
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pack of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

  1. First, fill the buttermilk together with the vinegar in the baking pan of your bread maker. Then add salt and yeast. Bake with the “Normal” program.
